Volunteer Raffle for 2016 Get the Drift And Bag It! Participants

The 2016 Get the Drift and Bag It! cleanup campaign is in full swing! Volunteers are signing up to clean areas of Maui County they wish to maintain litter-free for the health of our environment and the many creatures who depend on it (including you and me!).

A fun component of the annual marine debris cleanup campaigns is  the Volunteer Raffle for 2016 ‘Get the Drift and Bag It!’. This raffle is a way for the many local businesses who value the work of our GTD volunteers to show their support for their acts of aloha ‘āIna.

Anyone who participates in a 2016 ‘Get the Drift and Bag It! cleanup is eligible to win a Volunteer Raffle prize (provided you write your name legibly in the volunteer sign-up sheet!). There are multiple ways to get involved, whether you want to join a scheduled cleanup or organize your own. All it takes is some friends, some time, and some easy-to-get supplies. Visit the Get the Drift and Bag It! page for tips on how to become a Cleanup Coordinator. There you will also find a Google map of the different cleanups already scheduled across Maui!
